Welcome to your hub for improving the City of Chanhassen! SeeClickFix is a reporting tool allowing residents to connect more efficiently with the city.

Residents can submit inquiries and alert the city to issues such as potholes, code enforcement, snow removal, playground issues, street signs, etc. Users of SeeClickFix can track progress and follow up with city staff if needed. Users can create an account or submit issues as a guest. However, creating an account is encouraged as it allows the city to report the issue's status to the resident.

SeeClickFix also integrates with the city’s asset management software, Cartegraph. This integration will provide better insight into workload and trends in the city for staff and policymakers to make data-driven decisions.
