Overview

Per Minnesota Statute 415.19, the City of Chanhassen posts proposed ordinances on this page to maintain transparency with the public. Ordinances are posted at least ten days before the City Council meeting at which the proposed ordinance is scheduled for a final vote. Proposed ordinances are removed from this page after the date of the meeting.

Note: Amendments to Chapter 18, Subdivisions, and Chapter 20, Zoning, require a public hearing before the Planning Commission before adoption by the City Council.
