Project Location - Basin MC-P4.2 (Koehnen Cir) – The pond cleanout work at this location is substantially complete. The contractor will return in spring as weather conditions allow to complete final grading and restoration.
Project Location - Basin LL-P6.7 (Lotus Lake Boat Launch) – The pond cleanout work at this location is substantially complete. The contractor will return in spring as weather conditions allow to complete final grading and restoration.
Project Location – Forebay-221 and CL 3-2-1 (Mulberry Circle Ponds)– The pond cleanout work at this location is substantially complete. The contractor will return in spring as weather conditions allow to complete final grading and restoration. Work on the north forebay 221 has been postponed to next year because of the warmer weather.
Project Location - Basin LL-2-14-1 (Lake Lucy Road) – The pond cleanout work at this location is substantially complete. The temporary access road is currently being deconstructed as the contractor works to remove equipment from the area. The contractor will return in spring as weather conditions allow to complete final grading and restoration.

Project Location - Basin LL-P6.7 (Lotus Lake Boat Launch) – The pond cleanout work at this location is substantially complete. The contractor will return in spring as weather conditions allow to complete final grading and restoration.

Work on the north forebay 221 has been postponed because of the warmer weather. Installation of storm sewer repairs along Lake Lucy Road by Mulberry Circle are currently being executed and expected to be completed next week. Please be aware of the unstable ice conditions that the construction activities will create in this area.
Project Location - Basin LL-2-14-1 (Lake Lucy Road) – The contractor has completed tree clearing and preparation of the access route from Lake Lucy Road. Hauling activities and storm sewer repairs are scheduled for the week of 2/19/2024 and are expected to last approximately two weeks.

Project Location - Basin MC-P4.2 (Koehnen Cir) - The Contractor has started dewatering the basin. Tree clearing is scheduled for Monday (1/23). Construction activities are expected to start onsite next week (1/23) and will take approximately 2 weeks to complete.

Project Location – Forebay-221 and CL 3-2-1 (Mulberry Circle Ponds)– Dewatering at this location is anticipated to start the week of January 29th. Please note that the larger public water pond will need to be dewatered to facilitate the construction work. The dewatering will lower the water level of the larger pond by a few feet. Please be aware of the unstable ice conditions that the construction activities will create in this area.
Project Location - Basin LL-2-14-1 (Lake Lucy Road) – Work on this pond is scheduled to begin Mid to Late February – subject to weather conditions.
