The contractor will complete restoration and vegetation establishment work at the Northeast corner of the Meadow Green Park Stormwater Pond this spring. The result is anticipated to take approximately one day to complete. However, depending on weather conditions and how well the vegetation takes, the contractor may have to come back for watering and seeding. The work is generally limited to the pond's slopes with exposed soil. The result could start as soon as May 3, 2023.
March 16, 2022
The contractor has started work at Site 5 at Golden Court and Mulberry Circle East.
Remaining work and punch list items at Site 1 at Bittern Ct and Swan Ct, Site 2 at Frontier Trail & Frontier Ct, Site 3 at Woodhill Dr & Yuma Dr and Carver Beach Rd, and Site 4 at Meadow Green Park are also being completed this month and into June if needed.
More information and a detailed schedule will be shared soon. We are working towards a substantial completion date of May 31, with completion by July 1, 2022.
March 4, 2022
The final restoration is tentatively scheduled for April and is weather permitting. More information with dates and locations will be provided soon. Please remember that contractors must return in the spring to touch up areas and punch list items as needed. Thank you for your patience during this project.
Site 4 at Meadow Green Park - The pond excavation has been completed, and storm sewer improvements will wrap up early next week. The contractor will begin to remove equipment from the site on 3/8/22. Some work will occur on the pond's southwest corner when the contractor returns for final restoration.
Site 1 at Bittern Ct and Swan Ct - The grading and excavation of the pond will finish early next week, and the contractor will begin to remove equipment from the site on 3/8/22.
Site 3 at Woodhill Dr & Yuma Dr, and Carver Beach Rd - The pond excavation and storm sewer improvements have been completed at both locations. Some minor grading is left and is expected to be completed by March 8, 2022, and the contractor will begin to remove equipment from the site at that time.
Site 5 at Golden Ct and Mulberry Circle E - Tree removals have been completed as of yesterday, and the remaining stumps will be removed along with the work to address the ravine, which is tentatively scheduled to start at the end of March. An updated schedule with a start date will be provided soon.
Site 2 at Frontier Trail & Frontier Ct - The contractor will begin to mobilize equipment to the site on 3/8/22. Tree removals and site clearing will occur at that time.

February 16, 2022
Site 4 at Meadow Green Park - Work is ongoing; the pond excavation will be completed later this week, and storm sewer improvements will continue this week and finish up later next week.
Site 1 at Bittern Ct and Swan Ct - The excavation of the pond will continue into next week, along with tree removals and storm sewer improvements.
Site 3 at the Pond south of Woodhill Dr and Yuma Dr - The contractor will be mobilizing equipment to this site on Thursday, 2/17. Work will begin at this pond, and next week, the contractor will move over to Carver Beach Rd. to start work on that pond.
Site 5 at Golden Ct - Tree removals are tentatively scheduled to take place on Monday, February 28, 2022.

Due to delays related to weather conditions, the project schedule has been updated to reflect the proposed dates for each site, and the proposed schedule is tentative at this time. Work on Site 4 at Meadow Green Park is expected to continue for the next two to three weeks. Work will begin on Site 1 (Bittern Ct and Swan Ct) on Monday, 2/7.

Work is ongoing at Site 4 (Buckingwood Ct), and the contractor will be working on Saturday, January 22, from 7:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. The project schedule has been updated to reflect the proposed dates for each site. See the Project Schedule box below.
January 7, 2022
Work will begin next week for the Stormwater Pond Maintenance Project and is scheduled to start at Site 4 on Monday, January 10. The work will consist of removing sediment from the ponds and various storm sewer improvements.
As with any construction project, you should expect to see workers and equipment near and around the pond. Keep in mind that the allowable hours of activity, under the City's ordinance, are 7:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. on weekdays.
