Issue

The purpose of this hearing is to consider amending Chapter 1, Chapter 10, Chapter 11, and Chapter 20 of the Chanhassen City Code concerning cannabis regulations. The proposed amendment will update City Code to comply with new state regulations, designate the retail cannabis licensing authority, and set zoning standards for cannabis businesses.
