Night to Unite 2025

Keeping Chanhassen a safe community is a partnership effort. Each year on the first Tuesday night in August, the City of Chanhassen joins thousands of communities nationwide in observing Night to Unite (N2U), a statewide event that builds and fosters community bonds between citizens, businesses and public safety entities in local jurisdictions.

Community leaders encourage residents to join their neighbors in observing N2U by attending an organized event in their neighborhood, such as a block party. In Chanhassen, Carver County Sheriff's Office Deputies, members of the Chanhassen Fire Department, and city representatives attempt to visit all participating neighborhoods. Visits will be scheduled on a first-come-first-serve basis; it may not be possible for them to make it to every block party.
