Silver Sneakers, Silver & Fit & Renew Active/One Pass

As a member of a Medicare Advantage or Medicare Supplement plan, you may be eligible for a no-cost or low-cost membership to the Chanhassen Recreation Center through the Silver Sneakers,  Silver & Fit, Renew Active/One Pass programs. These are available to people who are Medicare-eligible and have purchased Medicare Advantage or Medicare Supplement coverage that includes these programs as an added benefit.

Use of these programs does not cover the costs of Fitness classes. However, participants may use the program benefits for the Fitness Center, Open Gym, & Open Pickleball.

Renew Active™ from UnitedHealthcare is available with select Medicare Advantage plans. Designed around you and your goals, Renew Active offers access to the Chan Rec Center, offering the use of the fitness center, open gym and open pickleball all at no cost.

Use of the Chan Rec Center Open Gym or Fitness Center requires payment of the daily fee or use of a punch card.
