Lake Ann Park
Overview
Lake Ann Park is Chanhassen's premier community park! This 102-acre park is located at 1456 West 78th Street. The site's topography has gently rolling hills, while the western quarter of the park is in dense tree cover.
Lake Ann Park is unique due to the presence of beautiful Lake Ann. This quiet, non-motorized lake offers solitude, clean water, and 100% undeveloped shores.
Concessions and Watercraft Rentals
Lake Ann concessions and watercraft rentals are closed for the 2024 season. Please check back in spring 2025 for updates.
2024 Swimming Beach/Lifeguard Update
Moving forward, Lake Ann Park Beach will not be staffed with lifeguards. The beach will remain open to the public during regular park hours, but it will be unguarded.
Contracted lifeguard services for Lake Ann Beach were terminated by the city’s provider and will not be available in future years. An-in house lifeguard program was pursued by the city but was not viable due to staffing shortages.
