TIMELINE

April 12, 2024 | The city deemed the development application incomplete pending further design of the sanitary sewer system that would service the proposed development.
April 5, 2024 | The city received a development application from Brandl Anderson requesting review of a proposed townhome development consisting of 60 homes on the 11.75 acre property.
March 26, 2024 | Brandl Anderson, under the development limited liability company of "Pioneer Ridge LLC" purchased the property.
January 2024 | The Minnesota Department of Transportation (MnDOT) deemed the land adjacent to Highway 212, Pioneer Trail, and Bluff Creek Boulevard as excess right-of-way and no longer needed by MnDOT for transportation purposes and placed the excess Right-of-Way up for sale at public auction.
