Description
Consider a request to adjust some property lines within the Avienda Townhomes Plat through a revised Preliminary Plat, Final Plat, and Site Plan. The townhomes project is proposed to be replatted so that individual lots would be larger so that venting of the homes adhere with mechanical building code. No other changes are proposed with the revised Plat.
