View the list of levied assessments as of November 16, 2023. Every effort is made to ensure the accuracy of the information; however, neither the City of Chanhassen nor its employees assume any liability in the event of an error or omission.
The principal amount remaining after the current year's taxes are paid (found in the last column of the levied assessment hyperlink above) can be paid to the City of Chanhassen anytime prior to November 15 to have the assessment removed from future years' property taxes.
To find out if a levied assessment has been paid since the beginning of the year, email the following information to Danielle Washburn:
- Assessment Code
- Initial Assessment Amount
- Parcel Identification Number (PID)
- Property Address
Upon receipt, a reply email will be sent indicating if the assessment has been paid or is still active.
Pending Assessments
View the list of 2024 pending assessments. Every effort is made to ensure the accuracy of the information; however, neither the City of Chanhassen nor its employees assume any liability in the event of an error or omission.
Properties with pending assessments in 2024 are included on the list above. To find out more specifics, email the following information to Danielle Washburn:
- Legal Description
- Parcel Identification Number (PID)
- Project
- Property Address
