5:30 p.m. Work Session

• Discussed lifeguards at Lake Ann Park. 
• Reviewed the proposed three-year Economic Development Plan.
• Discussed the extension of Laredo Drive.
• Discussed the Bluff Creek area sanitary sewer service plan.
• Discussed designating a newspaper.

7:00 p.m. City Council Meeting

• Approved the 2024 Chanhassen Farmers' Market agreement.
• Accepted the proposal and award the professional service agreement for the 2024 annual pavement inspection and condition rating services.
• Approved the acquisition of permanent drainage and utility easement over a portion of lot 1, block 4, Hidden Valley - 8080 Marsh Drive.
• Called for an assessment hearing for the 2024 City Pavement Rehabilitation (project number 24-01).
• Approved a cooperative construction agreement between MnDOT and Chanhassen for the 2024 TH101 Resurfacing Project.
• Approved the well rehabilitation contracts.
• Approved the fund transfers and budget amendments for the 2023 fiscal year.
• Approved the interfund loans for the 2023 fiscal year.
• Authorized a condemnation of land associated with Galpin Boulevard Improvement project.
• Approved membership to the Hennepin County Fire Chiefs Association.
• Amended the lawn maintenance standards in the A-2, RR, and RSF zoning districts.
• Approved an on-sale beer & wine liquor license for Moe's of Chanhassen, LLC, doing business as Moe's Char House, located at 560 West 78th Street.
• Considered a preliminary plat and site plan request for the Market Street Addition and redevelopment of the Chanhassen Cinema and Hotel (planning case 24-01).
• Approved a modification to the redevelopment plan for the Downtown Chanhassen Redevelopment project area and approved a Tax Increment Financing (TIF) Plan for Tax Increment Financing District No. 13.
• Considered a preliminary plat, site plan, and rezoning for the Chanhassen Civic Campus.
• Received the 2023 Planning Annual Report and 2024 Work Plan.
• Receive the 2023 Park and Recreation Department Annual Report.

• Adopted the modification to the Redevelopment Plan for the Chanhassen Redevelopment Project Area and Tax Increment Financing District No. 13.
