Gentle Stretch Yoga Session 2

Join Christine Pedretti (E-RYT 200) for 60-minutes of gentle yoga poses that focus on flexibility & mobility. Postures are performed laying on the floor, seated, kneeling & standing.

It is recommended that you can move between these positions. Students are encouraged to bring yoga blocks & a strap to assist postures.

Cost: $110 resident/$122 non-resident $13 drop-in
