Please join us for the groundbreaking of the new Chanhassen Civic Campus on Thursday, May 30, from 12:00 to 1:00 p.m., at City Center Park (outside of City Hall). The Mayor, City Council, city staff, and representatives from BKV Group, HKGi, and Kraus-Anderson will be present. This event marks the beginning of construction, which will begin fully during the first week of June.

About the Project

Chanhassen’s current municipal building was built in 1981. The facility no longer serves the population of Chanhassen. The building has significant deferred maintenance needs and lacks operational efficiency. The reimagined Civic Campus is intended to invigorate Chanhassen’s downtown and provide community gathering spaces and numerous amenities.
